She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvie Webb and Minnie Bell Webb (Allen); her children, Sandra "Cricket" Dunkin and Briane Tuttle; and her siblings, David Allen Webb of Kirksville, Robert Smith of La Plata, Ralph Smith of La Plata, Lenetta "Nettie" Celian of Kirksville, Patricia Webb of Chicago, Gayla Grubaugh of Michigan, Robin Dromey, Vickie Burkhart (Webb) and Wayne Webb. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family is requesting donations in lieu of flowers to be given to Nettie Celian.
