He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Cleo Dyhouse (Sanders); and his sister Carol Sue. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine McCune; his children, James David Dyhouse, Michael Douglas Dyhouse and Deborah Lynn Dore; and his grandchildren, Cameron Michael Dyhouse, Johathan Matthew Dore, Andrew Carol Dore (Samantha) and Thomas James Dore. He is also survived by 1 brother and 3 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to his son Micheal to help with his medical expenses for a Liver transplant or to the New Hope Evangelical Church.
