He is survived by: his sons, Dr. James J. Sparks Jr. (Holly) of Verdigre, Dr. Robert W. Sparks (Dolores) of Kirksville and Steven W. Sparks (Jeanine) of Wright City, MO.; and his siblings, Barbara, Wiley, Riley (Skip), Larry, John, Nancy, Becky, Lonnie and Beverly.
