He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Magdalene Neff (Peterson) and Harvey Glenn Neff; and his siblings, Samuel "Sam" Lee Neff, David Neff, Christine Emert and Helen L Luba.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl and Carol Ann; his wife Linda Gruel Neff; his sister Cheryll; his brother-in-law John Emert of Iowa; and his brothers, Kenneth (Martha Neff) and Robert "Gene" (Susan Neff).
