He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Weldon and Nellie Pearl Williams (Mason); and his brother Glen Williams. He is survived by: his children, James Payton (Julie) of Kirksville, Chris Winn (Missy) of Kirksville, Jeannie Williams (Doug) of Edina and Ayla Williams (Theo) of Kirksville; and his brothers, Ora Ballinger of Novinger and Ira Ballinger of Kirksville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
