It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Marie (Marr) Stice of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Marr and Eugenia Marr; and her brother-in-law John Swymer. She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie Phillips of Ottumwa, Patricia Goldizen of Chandler and Janet Stice of Portland, Oregon; her sister Ruth Swymer of Boston, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Keith Phillips of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Kevin Phillips (Amy) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Melissa Sawatzky (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Stephen Goldizen of Glendale and Jason Goldizen (Tracy) of Rio Rancho; and her nephew Kenneth Swymer. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 4 east coast nieces and 1 nephew.
