He was predeceased by: his parents, Curley Fuller and Gertha Joe Fuller (Tallant); his wife Sherry Fuller; his sister JoAnne Peters; and his son-in-law Rusty Ruggles.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Fuller; his daughter-in-law Judee Fuller of Kirksville, MO; his daughter Angie Ruggles of Kirksville, MO; his brother Ronald Fuller; and his sister-in-law Alice Fuller of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
