She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Terrell and Leila Montgomery Terrell; her husband Leland James O'Brien; her sister Kathleen Zornes of Raymore, MO; her children, Steven Patrick O'Brien and Teresa O'Brien Pagliai; her brother Howard; her sister-in-law Inez O'Brien Terrell; her sister Lola; her brother-in-law Bill Mulford; her brother Edgar; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Terrell and Dale Zornes.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Eva Jean O'Brien) and Michael (Donna O'Brien); her son-in-law Daniel Pagliai of Kirksville; her grandchildren, Curtis O'Brien of Kansas City, Keenan O'Brien of Columbia, Kelli Baker of Kirksville, Lee O'Brien of Savannah, Brian Pagliai of Washington, DC and Kristen Pagliai of Princeton, NJ; and her niece Crystal.
