He is survived by: the mother of his children Theresa Licht; his sons, Bentley Shears and Lathyn Shears; his grandchild Harper Shears of Kirksville; his great grandchild Brihana Williams of Centerville; his parent Brenda Shears (O'Haver) of Macon; his siblings, David Shears (Masa Johnson) of Kirksville and Adyson Barrowclough (Justice) of Macon, Missouri.; his grandfather James O'Haver; his aunts, Michelle O'Haver, Jamie Kirkpatrick and Cindy O'Haver; his nieces and nephews, Konnor Shears-Clark, Slate Shears and Kinzleigh Johnson; his cousins, Emily Kirkpatrick, Stuart O'Haver, Eric Skjeveland and Cameron O'Haver; his close friends, Jenny Craig and Elizabeth White; his grandmothers, Cheri O'Haver and Shirley Shears; his nephew Owen Shears; and his close friends, Alexia Scott and Cody Thackrey. He is also survived by many several great aunts, uncles, many cousins, and lots of friends.
