He is survived by: his children, David Clay (Yvonne), Penny Callahan and Sheila Blaise (Brian); and his grandchildren, Felecia, Latecia, Karenza, Keiley, Persephanie, Jerome, Michael and Adam. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
