He is survived by: his mother Donna Withrow (Shondel); his wife Sally Requina; his children, Jackie Withrow (Corey Campolo), Jenniey Withrow and Aaliyah Withrow; his grandchildren, Ryker and Andrew Campolo; his siblings, Brad Withrow, Carman Withrow and Carol Varese (Randy); and his close friend Dave.
