He is survived by: his wife Leslie of Lewis' Facebook; his son Nathan Lewis; and his stepdaughter Taniya Wesby.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salvation Army Corps Community Center (1004 W Gardner St, Kirksville, MO 63501).
