He is survived by: his wife Tonya Beaty; his children, Zachary Beaty (Morgan Grissom) of Kirksville, MO and Cheyenne Beaty (Justin Mihalevich) of Edina, MO; his parents-in-law, Marilyn, John Fisher of Kirksville, MO, Mike and Brenda True of Lebanon, MO; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Tina Beaty of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Remington Mihalevich and Asylinn Mihalevich; his brother-in-law Steve True; his nephews, Austin Beaty and Jeffe Trejo of Topeka, KS; his niece Madison Beaty of Topeka, KS; and his close friends, Donald Avrit, Jim Di-Paola and Kenny Ornlelas.
