He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank William and Mary Marie Holt (Skender); his wife Donna Lou Starks; and his siblings, Darrell "Gene" Holt, Joe Holt, Bill Holt and Margie Sellers.
He is survived by: his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Carol Holt of Columbia, MO; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Bill Burton of Cassville, MO; his sister-in-law Carol Holt of Kirksville, MO; and his grandchildren, Alisha Dromey (Neil) of Kirksville, MO, Shaun Holt (Angela) of Kirksville, MO, Josh Burton (Juanita) of Cassville, MO and Nicole Craft (Terrill) of Cassville, MO. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
