He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Weekley and Beulah Weekley (Wells); his daughter Tammy Weekley; and his siblings, Harold, Clarence, Dewey, Jack, Donald, Sonny, Larry, Harvey, Hattie, Betty, Geraldine, Darlene, Esther, Nancy, Judy and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Reed; his children, Billy (Gina Weekley II), Paul (Jenny McKim), Connie (Labeeb Alkoka), Billie Joe Beenken of Houston, TX, Clara McKim of Kirksville, MO and Hiedi (Willie Coleman); his sister-in-law Julia Weekley of Waterloo, IA; and his friends, Richard and Karla Tournier of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, as well a numerous nieces and nephews.
