He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Alexander and Bess Howard (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Pratte; and his children, Kelly Howard Taylor (Jeff) of Prairie Village, KS, Kim Smith (Leonard) of Cache, OK, Jason Howard (Jennie) of Lagrange, GA and Kristin Howard of Winter Park, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
