She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Seth and Beulah Leona Morris (Boley); her son Mark Douglas Gardner; and her siblings, Loretta Sparks, Bernice Briggs, Charles Edward Morris and Gerald Lee Morris.
She is survived by: her husband John Lavern Gardner; her sons, Leslie Robert Gardner of Chicago, IL and Chris John (Heather Gardner); her brother Roy; her sister-in-law Sharon Morris of Fulton, MO; her sister Lula; her brother-in-law Herb Payne of Kirksville, MO; her grandchildren, Brier Crump, Jake Gardner, Matt Oliver and Desi Oliver; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Carter, Wyatt Crump and Charlie Gardner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
