She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Glenn and Carroll Clestine Sadler of Kirksville, MO; and her siblings, Glenn and Yvonne Gordon of Westlake Village, California.. She is survived by: her brother Larry Sadler of Jacksonville, Florida.; her children, Michael Hayes (Linda), Douglas Hayes and Suzanne Hayes; her grandchildren, Hayley Waynick (Andy), Kristin Hayes, Jaime Hayes and Samantha Fountain (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Franklin and Dean. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
