She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Herman and Eunice Edna Griswold (Wilson); her husband Donald Paul Jones; her siblings, Tom Griswold (Betty Lou), Bob Griswold (Edith), Bill Griswold (Louise), Donnie Griswold, Louise Eichemier (Ike) and Bonnie Pope; and her brother-in-law Dave Tharp.
She is survived by: her siblings, Darlene Jackson (Leroy) of Moberly, MO, Leona Tharp of Rolla, MO and Jack Griswold (Bob Boyd) of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Pope of Owasso, OK and Virginia Griswold of Queen City, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Betty attended school in the Brashear public school and was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1955 (in the old building) and enjoyed meeting with other classmates for lunch once a month until the pandemic came.
