She was predeceased by: her father Michael Whitmore. She is survived by: her mother Cheryl Whitmore (Fisher) of LaHarpe; her former husband Christopher Johnson; her children, Jay Johnson, Sabrina Johnson, Hayden Leppin and Landen Leppin; and her sisters, Dianna Whitmore of Kirksville and Michelle Whitmore of Kirksville.
