He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Braden and Lora Jane Riley (Hart); his spouse Carleta Payton; and his brother Dr. Loyd Hart Riley. He is survived by: his son Jeff Riley of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Devon Riley of Kirksville, MO, Morgan Riley of Decatur, TX and Emma Riley of Kirksville, MO; and his great grandchildren, Carter and Ryker. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, and several cousins.
