He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Ray and Bertha Joyce McVay (Erwin); his sons, Ivan of Kirksville, MO, Dalton of Kirksville, MO, Drew McVay of Kirksville, MO and Logan McVay of Columbia, MO; his brother Casey McVay (Amanda) of Kirksville, MO; his nieces and nephews, Carter of Kirksville, MO, Donavon McVay of Kirksville, MO, Chloe of Kirksville, MO, Ruby McVay of Kirksville, MO and Auturan Hamilton of Springfield, MO; and his great-nephew Kyson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Travis-Noe Funeral Home (1008 W Potter Ave, Kirksville, MO 63501). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Point.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Andy may be made to Taira McVay for the college education of his son Logan and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
