He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Sullivan and Beatrice Sullivan (Cooksey); and his siblings, John Sullivan and Clarice Brewer (Jo). He is survived by: his pet Fluffy; his wife Tresa Sullivan; and his siblings, Jim, Kenny, Bill Sullivan, Marion Erwin and Ruth Boggs. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
