He is survived by: his wife Terry Miller of Kirbyville, Missouri; his children, Jonathan Miller of Grand Rapids, MI, Andrew Miller (Waki) of Saitama, James Miller of Springfield, MO, Alada Miller of Kirbyville and Ashlynn Miller of Kirbyville, Missouri; his sisters, Barbara Scott (Ron) of Halls, Tammy Paudert (Rick) of Branson and Janelle Jones (Howard) of Branson, MO; his half-sister Jordan Miller of Springfield, Missouri; and his granddaughter Suzu.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to New Life Restoration Center and Core-Re-Store in Hollister, Missouri.
