He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mikel and Loretta Mikel (Murdick); his wife Judith G. Black; and his brother Kenneth Bonstein. He is survived by: his son Duane Mikel (Lisa) of Conway, Arkansas; and his stepsons, Sean Manceni (Polly) of Pennsylvania and Anthony Lafaire of Branson.
