He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Howe and Barbara Gruba Howe; his sister Monica Green (Kenneth); and his stepson Dwayne Willis. He is survived by: his wife Robin Jackson; his sons, Patrick L. Howe (Amy) of San Marcos, CA and Anthony Howe Jr. of Mesa, AZ; his sister Ginger Geoglein (Keith) of Raymore, MO; his stepsons, Matthew Jackson of Sweet Springs and Kiger Willis (Chandra) of Higginsville, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Landon, Kainon and Raegon Willis; and his father-in-law Larry Jackson of Higginsville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Camp Valor Outdoors Veterans Village, in Holden, MO in care of 1527 SW 300 Rd., Kingsville, MO 64061.
