She was predeceased by : her parents, John Waters and Lula Waters (Steele); and her brother Joe Waters. She is survived by : her spouse Kenyon Snow; her son Charles Allen; her grandchildren, Jazmine Snow and Jacob Snow; and her siblings, Ruth Griswold of Overland Park, KS and Ralph Waters of Overland Park, KS..

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Elm Spring Baptist Church Building Fund in lieu of flowers.
