He is survived by: his wife Colleen Welch (Corteville); his children, Joseph Welch of Kingsville, MO and Aimee Preator (Richard) of Raymore, MO; his siblings, Frank Welch of Houston, TX, John Welch of Warrensburg, MO, Jim Welch of Raymore, Mary Welch of Kansas City and Genevieve Paszkiewicz of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Justin Welch, Courtney Welch, Jason Welch, Ashley Preator and AJ Preator.
