He is survived by: his mother Gracie Banks (Bear); his wife Sandy Banks; his stepsons, Jake Farrell (Kelly) and Dylan Farrell (Laina Henson); his children, Brandon Banks, Whitney, Jared, Justin, Elaine Lipowicz, Allie and Brennan; and his siblings, Kenneth Banks and Linda Dye.
