He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Allen and Patricia Ann Garrett (Denney); and his sisters, Linda Cupp, Donna Parton, Kim Phillips, Melissa Garrett of Holden and RaeLynn Cottrell. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
