He is survived by: his wife Catherine Moore (Blaylock); his children, Tal Moore (Darin) of Spokane, WA, Shanan Smith (Jeff) of O'Fallon, Stacey O'Hare of Kingsville and Lindsey Bush (Adam) of Kingsville; his brothers, Jerry Moore of Lee's Summit and Larry Moore (Chris) of Bushnell, NE; and his grandchildren, Sean, Donnie, Dalton, Catie, Meghan, Justyn and Tyler. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
