Neill of Kingsville, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert L. Sr. Smith and Jewell G. Smith (Roller); her husband George C. Neill; her siblings, Richard Smith, Robert L. Smith Jr. (Shirley) and Sue Foote; her siblings-in-law, Bennie Neill (Linda) and Florene Blair; and her nieces and nephews, Lynn Lee (Kent), Mark Smith, Gary Smith (Teresa), Shelly Gerken and Darrin Neill.
