He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond I. Seiz and Frances M. Seiz (Strueb); and his siblings, Loretta Seiz, Ray Seiz, William "Bill" Seiz, Mark Seiz, Tom Seiz and Sue Neirmeier.
He is survived by: his wife Chloe Lou Owen; his daughter Tonya; his son-in-law Jimmie Frank of Kingsville; his stepchildren, Lori Truelove (Corrina) of Kansas City, Gary Truelove (Dave) of Yelm and Dean Truelove of Blue Springs; his grandson Michael Ashworth of Lee's Summit; his stepgrandchildren, Mindy Sproul (Eric) of Lee's Summit and Aaron Truelove of Lee's Summit; and his sister Mary Woodrum (Jim) of Springfield, Illinois. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
