He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cook and Cora Lucille Cook (Myrick); his former wife Colina Mae Maxwell; his stepmother Viola Cook; his siblings, Donald (Maxie), Jimmy Cook, Billie James (J. W.) and Twila Guess (Leon); his son-in-law Rob Humes; his nephew Sydney Cook; his niece Debbie Scovill; and his great-niece Johnna Savage.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Cook; his children, Max (Betty), Rex Cook of King City, MO, Dennis Law (Stacy) of King City, MO, Cathy Osborn (Greg) of King City, MO, Marjorie Osmon (Chris) of Albany, MO and Amanda Mae Christian (Dirk); and his sisters, Carolyn Mason (John) of California and Judy Nold of California. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren with one on the way and 1 great-great grandchild.
