He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rigney and Stella Mae Rigney (Green); his sister Racheal Jones; and his half-siblings, Pauline Ballard, Mary Kariker, Goldie West and Charles Walters.
He is survived by: his children, John Rigney and Dianna Rigney Brown (Jim); his grandchildren, Randy Rigney and Jessica Rigney; his stepgrandchildren, Jason and Holly Brown; and his great grandchildren, John, Jayden, Jaxson and Emily Rigney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
