He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Millard and Addie Woodall (Bates); and his siblings, Henry Millard Woodall, James Woodall and Shirley Ione Cowell.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Woodall of Kimberling City, MO; and his children, Mark Woodall of Bossier City, LA, Gayle McFarland (Cindy) of Keithville, LA, Daniel McFarland (Carolyn) of Willard, MO and Ginger Woodall of Cape Fair, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
