He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hinzmann and Evelyn Hinzmann (Klein); his wife Clara (Pondar); his children, Jeffery Hinzmann, Kenny Hinzmann and Kimberly Hinzmann Babin; his grandson Ronald Kinsell; and his siblings, Karen Hinzmann and Earl Hinzmann.
He is survived by: his sons, James Hinzmann (Kari Franck) of Dyersville, IA and Jerry Hinzmann of Kimberling City, MO; and his siblings, Kay Wall, Barbara Cherry, Richard Hinzmann, Gary Hinzmann and Mark Hinzmann. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
