He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kamykowski of Kimberling City, MO; his son Scott Kamykowski (Barbara) of Buffalo, MO; his siblings, Ronald Kamykowski (Verla) of Sticknev, IL, Dolores Kelekovich of Exeland, WI, Carol Swann (Frank) of Chicago, IL and Barbara Butvilas (Peter) of Naperville, IL; and his grandchildren, Haley Kamykowski and Seth Kamykowski.
