He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Haan and Colina Haan (Mikesh); his siblings, Ralph Haan and Roberta Gallentine; and his grandson Cole Haan.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Haan of Kimberling City, MO; his children, Clay Haan (Kris) of Asbury, Iowa and Leslie Haan of Dubuque, Iowa; his siblings, Dennis Haan (Irene) of Waldron, AR and Delores Jones (Greg) of Mason City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Morgan Dague of Dubuque, Tyler Dague of Bedford, TX, Lena Haan and Cory Haan of Asbury, Iowa; and his great grandchild Trace Jellison of Dubuque.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Methodist Church backpack or discretionary programs.
