He is survived by: his wife Kandia Gale Ivy of Kimberling City, MO; his son Joseph Raymond Ivy; his daughter-in-law Crystal Ivy; his daughter Melinda Gale Shaffer; his son-in-law John Shaffer; his grandsons, Jonathan Shaffer, Xavier Ivy, Isaac Shaffer and Noah Shaffer; his great grandchild Jacquelyn Shaffer; and his sister Shirley White.
