He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles M. Loewe and Marie Meschede Loewe; his wife Diane Franklin Loewe; his daughter Kimberly Loewe Burgess; his son-in-law Richard Burgess; his granddaughters, Bailey Burgess, Gwendolyn Burgess and Faith Loewe; and his son Christopher Brockfeld Loewe.
