She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Ella Jane Fugett (Gaines); her husband Robert B. Cox; and her siblings, John Alfred, George Joseph, Marion Fugett and Evelyn Lee.
She is survived by: her sister Francis Jackson. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
