He was predeceased by: his parent Carol McBride (Shepard). He is survived by: his parent Carol Shepard; his siblings, Sherry Frazier, Russ Shepard, Randy Shepard, Melissa Wuennenberg, Dewayne Frazier, Roy Frazier and Becky Stamps; and his children, Melisa Hilton, Christopher Stamps and Allison Stamps. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
