He is survived by: his wife Linda Jason of Kimberling City, MO; his son Brandon Jason of Nixa, MO; his stepsons, David Amos of Kimberling City, MO and Michael Amos of Kimberling City, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Alec Amos of Clinton, Utah and Jocelyn Amos of Colorado Springs, CO; his aunt Marilyn Jacobs of Joplin, MO; and his cousins, Matthew Jacobs of Breckenridge, CO, Michael Jacobs of Joplin, MO, Pam Peters of Texas, Brenda Lewis of Texas and Becky Underwood.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the Heart Association, Multiple Sclerosis Society or Charity of Choice.
