He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Weaver and Beatrice Ruth Weaver (Ward). He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Jane Smith; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Weaver; his sons, Whitney Weaver (Kim) of Highlandville and Marshall Weaver (Monica) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his brother Ronald Weaver of Medford, Oregon; and his grandchildren, Graham, Gavin and Gunner.
