He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Ruth Davey (Bouslog); his mother Carol Davey (Anthony); his sister Diane Jones; his grandfathers, John Rex Davey (Mayme) and William Anthony (Eloise); his parents-in-law, David and Ruth Bouslog; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Bouslog, Pamela Bouslog and Paula Thomas.
He is survived by: his father Glenn Davey of Indianola, IA.. He is also survived by many Brother-in-Laws, Sister-In-Laws, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
Donations in Chuck's memory may be given to the Indianola Fire Department.
