He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Hooper and Winona Hawk Hooper; his wife Judith Joy Braun Hooper; and his sister Margaret Hooper. He is survived by: his children, Mark Allen Hooper, Cristy Louise Hooper Westfall (Bob) and Lesli Ann Hooper Gilmore (Marc); his siblings, John R. Hooper and Deborah Hooper Barnes; his grandchildren, Chase, Cory, Carissa, Kimber, Cort and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Cruz, Brielle, Braylen, Finley, Winston, Truitt, Estelle and Emery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
