He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva L. LaMar and Esther LaMar (Lockard); and his siblings, Alonzo Drake, Cecil Drake and Mary Ann McKinney.

He is survived by: his wife Velda M. Glascock; and his sisters, Margaret Roberts and Marie McKinney.

Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
