He is survived by: his wife Flossie Herren Welch of Kennett, MO; his children, Steven Welch of Kennett, MO, Pamela Sargent of Kennett, MO, Karen Suthern of Mount Pleasant, AR and Susan Eubanks of Cabot, AR; and his sisters, Nell Reeder of Pearl, MS and Nina McLend of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
