He is survived by: his former wife Mary Nell Maddox; his wife Alma Jeanne Hulsey (Gardner) of Kennett; his grandchildren, Lance Adams of Benton, Matt Sweeney of Cheyenne, Stephen Sweeney of Crandall, Tara Warren of Portageville, Brooke Wichman of Parkville, Koby Reynolds of Caruthersville, Kaleigh Merideth of Sikeston, Karrah Wood of Kansas City, Kameryn Graham of Sikeston, Jacob Way of China and Hannah Stanley of Fort Worth; his sister Barbara Philbrick of Lahoma; his stepdaughters, Marla Wood (Rick) of Sikeston and Missouri Beth Way (Mark) of Heath; and his daughter-in-law Donna Sweeney of Crandall.
